A retained search is where Integer Executive Search is exclusively hired by a client to fill a specific position. There is extensive research conducted on the role to make sure that the market within that specific area of search is fully mapped. In an exclusive relationship we as the search firm are paid for our efforts as the search progresses, usually with a portion of the fee paid at the start of the search project, and then rest due on completion.
