We are involved throughout the hiring process, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to our clients which not only meet the given search spec but also the culture of the organisation. At all points in the process we maintain close contact with HR, hiring manager, and candidate. Integer Executive are also involved in comp negotiations, references, and after a candidate starts his/or her role, we maintain dialogue with both candidate and client to ensure both parties are happy.
