Integer Executive Search offers both retained and contingent services, and aims to build genuine relationships with both our clients and candidates. We are involved throughout the hiring process, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to our clients which not only meet the given search spec but also the culture of the organisation. At all points in the process we maintain close contact with HR, hiring manager, and candidate. Integer Executive are also involved in comp negotiations, references, and after a candidate starts his/or her role, we maintain dialogue with both candidate and client to ensure both parties are happy. We believe that a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is paramount.
At this stage we meet you and get to know your requirements. We then begin research by tapping into our network of potential and talent. We then begin to shortlist and organise potential fits for interview.
